Cultivate, promote and encourage interest and participation in the game of tennis at all levels in Lake Country.
To provide assistance and instruction in the game of tennis to youth organizations and schools in Lake Country and facilitating the hosting of junior tournament events.

Courts History
In 2008 several visionary members of the LCTA met with the Lake Country Director of Parks and Recreation to plan the development of new tennis courts. Their vision was to have these purpose built tennis courts centrally located in the District to facilitate accessibility by youth for play and community based training programs as well as for recreational players of all levels. The LCTA worked together with the District to submit an application for the “Towns for Tomorrow” grant program for the construction of four purpose built tennis courts on the Woodsdale Packing House site. In 2009 the grant application was approved and the courts were constructed in 2010.
